With many years of professional recruiting experience spanning both corporate and agency environments, Shanna has built a successful track record primarily in the retail and consumer industries.
Throughout Shanna's career, she has gained extensive corporate experience from top brands such as Williams-Sonoma, Gap Inc., Charming Charlie, Destination Maternity, Tiffany & Company, and Bulgari. In addition, Shanna honed her professional and executive search skills during her tenure at Korn Ferry.
One thing that sets Shanna apart is her keen understanding of the importance of a strong strategy at the beginning of each search.
